We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to provide behavioral health services for individuals with complex mental health and co-occurring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions, including mental illness, personality disorders, and challenges related to family and support systems.Location: Taylorsville NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 no on call work
Pay: $50,000 - $56,000
Job Responsibilities
Join a collaborative and mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with mental and behavioral health needs. As a Licensed Therapist / LCSW / LCMHC / Associate Level Therapist, you will provide comprehensive clinical services, including assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, treatment planning, and discharge coordination. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will help individuals achieve their goals through person-centered, evidence-based care.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled clinician with strong assessment, communication, and therapeutic intervention skills. Success in this role requires the ability to build effective relationships with service users, families, community partners, and healthcare professionals while coordinating services that support long-term recovery and wellness. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a plus.
