• Full-time in a skilled nursing facility
• Provide skilled therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures.
• Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients.

• Full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to manage a skilled nursing facility
• Required to be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California and would prefer a PT to have management experience
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, experienced clinician and manager to lead a multidisciplinary rehab team providing inpatient services to skilled nursing patients and outpatient services to residents of the Independent and Assisted Living campus and community.
