- Full-time in a skilled nursing facility
- Provide skilled therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures.
- Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients.
- Full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to manage a skilled nursing facility
- Required to be a licensed Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist in the state of California and would prefer a PT/ OT to have management experience
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
