About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to uncover and build new paths to revenue.
This is a semi-technical role combining analytical thinking with creative GTM instincts. You’ll identify opportunities, form hypotheses, analyze data, and turn your findings into targeting strategies and execution plans.
This is not a traditional content role or a pure GTM engineering position. It’s for a resourceful growth operator who enjoys finding unconventional ways to win.
What You’ll Do
- Identify promising industries, customer segments, buying signals, and use cases
- Develop growth hypotheses and analyze data to validate them
- Build strategic account lists and targeting logic using firmographic, behavioral, product, and market signals
- Research markets, competitors, and customer behavior to uncover new opportunities and campaign angles
- Design lightweight tests, evaluate results, and translate findings into clear execution plans
- Improve targeting based on campaign performance and sales feedback
- Build lightweight tools and workflows that make the GTM team more effective
- Turn successful experiments and insights into repeatable GTM plays
- Manage multiple growth initiatives while maintaining a high bar for quality

- New segments, signals, and angles generate qualified pipeline
- Growth ideas are tested systematically and translated into clear actions
- Our Sales team consistently receives thoughtful, high-quality target lists
- Successful experiments become repeatable GTM plays
- We find creative ways to win in competitive markets
About You
We care more about slope, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability than a perfectly linear background.
You may have:
- Experience in B2B growth, GTM strategy, analytics, revenue operations, or an early-stage startup
- Worked on a bootstrapped, early-stage, or less differentiated product where growth required creativity
- Built targeting strategies, account lists, campaigns, or market-entry plays
- Experience using imperfect data to make practical decisions
- Comfort with spreadsheets and data tools and analysis
- A track record of taking loosely defined growth problems from hypothesis through execution
You are:
- Hypothesis-driven, analytical, and naturally curious
- Creative about finding new audiences, signals, and GTM angles
- Resourceful and comfortable operating without an established playbook
- Able to turn complex findings into clear action plans
- Energized by ambiguity and open-ended problems
- A high-ownership generalist who sees opportunities and acts on them
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $170,000 per year.
