Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Identify and acquire new corporate clients through strategic prospecting and networking Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, industry events, and digital channels Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline Client Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Understand client needs and propose customized solutions Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations Ensure high client satisfaction and retention Revenue & Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities Market Intelligence Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Analyze competitor activities and industry trends Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making Internal Coordination Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless client onboarding Ensure timely proposal submission, contract closure, and payment follow-ups Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 3–8 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Key Competencies Target-driven & self-motivated Strong business acumen Relationship-building skills Strategic thinking Excellent problem-solving ability KPIs Revenue generation New client acquisition Client retention rate Sales pipeline conversion ratio Collection efficiency
