What you will do
Take ownership of specific product areas — from requirements and specs to sprint reviews and launch Engage deeply with engineering — read code when needed, participate in technical design discussions, flag complexity early Define clear success metrics for each feature and track them post-launch Translate user and business problems into precise, unambiguous product specs Prioritise ruthlessly — say no to good ideas to protect the great ones
