Business Development Expert

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in the legal or finance industry; hands on experience negotiating enterprise contracts
• Investment banking experience is a plus
• Passion for startups and technology
• Knowledge about private market financial transactions is preferred
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and active listening
• Organized with outstanding follow-up capabilities
• Strong relationship management skills.
