Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Take full responsibility for your work — from design to delivery — and consistently hit the commitments you make to the team and stakeholders. Use AI to multiply quality and speed. Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to write better code, catch issues earlier, accelerate reviews, and improve engineering efficiency across the team.
Architect for scale. Design and build high-availability, fault-tolerant backend services and APIs. Drive technical excellence. Set standards for code quality, CI/CD, security (PCI DSS), testing, and code reviews — and make sure the team lives by them. Lead incident response. Own root cause analysis for production issues and turn lessons learned into lasting improvements. Push the stack forward. Research emerging tech, run POCs, and bring the best ideas back to the team.
Lift the team. Mentor mid- and junior-level developers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. Partner with the business. Collaborate on complex customer projects to find the right technical solution.
