What Will You Do at Our Company?
- Play a role in driving and supporting our business growth across the Nordic region.
- Serve as the vital connection between our headquarters in Prague and our local representatives throughout the Nordics.
- Build strong relationships with our distributor network by helping them navigate daily inquiries and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Nordic team to plan, coordinate, and execute impactful events, with opportunities to participate and represent the company.
- Manage and distribute incoming leads from various online channels, helping turn opportunities into business success.
- Deliver online webinars to in English (or one of the Nordic languages)
- Keep our Salesforce database accurate and up to date, ensuring seamless collaboration and visibility across teams.
What Do You Need to Succeed in This Position?
- Fluent English skills are essential, as you will work closely with colleagues, partners, and customers across international markets.
- Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is a significant advantage.
- Working in structured and disciplined manner
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to build relationships and create opportunities.
- A resilient and positive mindset, capable of staying motivated and focused in a dynamic sales environment.
- Previous experience with cold calling, prospecting, or business development is a plus.
- Knowledge of ICT, security technologies, or low-voltage systems is highly valued.
- A university degree is preferred
