    Clinic-Based Administrative Assistant

    $20.00 – $23.00 per hour | Full-Time |Monday-Friday 10:00AM-7:30PM, Saturdays 11:00a-7:30pm
    Location: Sacramento CA.

    We’re looking for a Clinic-Based Administrative Assistant who’s ready to grow their administrative skills while supporting a team that changes lives every day. No medical experience needed — just a great attitude, strong organization skills, and a heart for helping others!

    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
    • Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling
    • Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
    • Update and maintain electronic client records
    • Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations
    • Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training provided!)
    • Help make sure our clinic is a safe, positive, and supportive environment

    Your Skills & Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Bilingual (Preferred/Required)
    • 6+ months of administrative or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Positive attitude, great communication skills, and reliability
    • Enjoys helping others and thrives in a team setting
