PEOPLE OPERATIONS INTERN

Your Responsibilities

People Operations

• Support the People Team with day-to-day activities and employee enquiries.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and collaboration with hiring teams.
• Help deliver smooth and welcoming onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, workflows, and People processes.
• Contribute to special projects based on your interests, strengths, and development goals.

People & Culture

• Help create a warm, engaging, and memorable experience for new joiners.
• Listen to employees’ needs and support initiatives that help everyone feel valued and included.
• Assist with employee engagement, team activities, and culture-building initiatives.
• Bring fresh ideas and play an active role in shaping an open, collaborative, and people-first workplace.

Workplace Operations

• Support the smooth running of our office and administrative operations.
• Assist with property and facilities coordination to maintain a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace.
• Help manage office furniture and equipment, including accurate tracking and allocation.
• Monitor and organise office and pantry supplies to ensure they are readily available.
• Support workplace health and safety processes and compliance requirements.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and other external parties by phone and in writing.

Your Profile

• A university degree (or being in pursuit of one) with a focus on Human Resource or Business Administration
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
• Work with integrity and be reliable
• Good organizational skills, self-motivated with a pro-active work ethic
• Conscientious worker with high attention to detail
• Good level of verbal and written English. Any other language is a plus.
