Job Title: ExtJS UI Developer

Location: 3 Positions, 3 Locations -- Detroit, MI, Carlsbad, CA and San Diego, CA

Duration: 6+ months

Rate: Open/hr

JD:

We are looking for UI ExtJS Software Engineer to participate in the development, testing and debugging of web-based GUI application.

Requirements:

· Overall 7+ years of IT experience;

· We prefer working experience of ExtJS 5 or ExtJS 4.2 but any version is ok if they have solid UI development experience.

· Strong OOJS, ExtJS, Component oriented design, SASS, HTML5, UI Unit testing, E2E UI Testing

· Good to have Angular.JS skills

· Good to have: should be familiar with the modular approach in developing applications

· Familiarity working with Java, standard ExtJS widgets such as grids, trees, forms, layouts and other standard widgets/components.

· Experience in UI design and development.

· Solid experience in Sencha Touch or ExtJS ( we prefer at least ExtJS 4 )

· creating reusable UI components, widgets with JavaScript

Possess one or more of the following skills:

· ExtJS or similar JavaScript frameworks

· JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, MVC

· Restful web services

· Eclipse, Firebug

· Should be able to think on their own feet and provide strategic solutions for UI design.

· Experience with object oriented design and programming

Responsibilities:

· Design and develop web based user interfaces

· Participate in all phases of a product development, from product definition and architecture and design, through implementation, debugging, testing and early customer support.

· Work collaboratively with other engineers, and be willing to take on any engineering tasks that contribute to the progress towards the goals of the team and the company

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, a Master Degree, or a PhD; or equivalent experience.​​​
