Organizational Overview National Covenant Properties (NCP) is a $400 million church extension fund, which operates as a financial ministry affiliate of The Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC) denomination. NCP provides investment products to members of Covenant churches and offers lending and real estate services solutions to local congregations and affiliated organizations as they seek to expand their facilities and ministries.
NCP is looking to add a new position of Chief Lending Officer to lead the underwriting, lending, loan portfolio management and the real estate consulting initiatives to churches and other organizations affiliated with The Evangelical Covenant Church. The Chief Lending Officer will lead and mentor the lending and real estate services team, oversee the lending business development, the underwriting and credit analysis of loan applications, and the loan portfolio risk profile and loan management efforts of NCP.
