Job Description:
The Manager, Commercial Finance Canada serves as the finance partner for the Canadian commercial business, supporting financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision-making across sales, margin, pricing, customer programs, and operational execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations Finance, Supply Chain, and senior business leaders to evaluate business performance, improve forecast accuracy, support profitable growth, and deliver actionable insights tied to cabinet manufacturing economics, customer profitability, product mix, pricing, and demand planning.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. This includes typing, clicking, and writing. Frequently positions self to maintain information in drawers and shelving. The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information. Ability to read documents, emails, and computer screens, as well as see details on printed materials and presentations. Consistently works in an indoor setting. While traveling, the individual in this position is participating in meetings with finance and sales business partners.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a remote position requiring the candidate to work efficiently and independently from a home office while fulfilling assigned tasks and meeting deadlines. The candidate must have reliable internet connectivity to support virtual collaboration, meeting participation, and company activities. The candidate is expected to maintain a suitable home office environment that supports productivity, including a dedicated workspace with appropriate seating, desk space, and lighting. Travel is expected 10% to 15% of the time for plant tours, conferences, and meetings with business partners. Travel may require overnight stays and may extend across multiple days.
