What your new challenge will look like
You will be hired as a manager in supply chain planning and management for the 4flow management business line. You will take on tasks in the area of supply chain and people management, transportation planning, network design, leading operations or finding specific solutions.
In particular, this will include the following tasks:
Communicating regularly with central counterparts and plants (customer account management)
Leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals to ensure the successful planning and execution of daily operations
Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
Driving innovations to our customers
Monitoring logistics performance and cost reduction opportunities
Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures
Establish technological advancements in logistics operations to drive efficiency
You give us confidence to believe that you’ll contribute to the growth of our company with your personality, skills, knowledge, and experience
You have a university degree with professional experience and firm knowledge of transportation management in road freight
You have more than 2 years of experience in supervising and developing a team
You possess a results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation
You are adaptable to new situations and peak operation periods, and have a structured approach to problem-solving
You have strong communication skills in English and are an advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems
