1.專案計劃：制定專案計劃，確定專案的目標、範圍、時程和預算等，並制定相應的策略和計劃，組建和管理專案團隊，確保專案交付的品質符合要求。
2.風險管理：識別和評估專案中的風險，制定相應的風險應對措施，監控和控制風險的發生和影響。
3.進度管理：監控專案的進度，確保專案按照計劃和時間表進行，並及時調整和處理進度延誤的問題。
4.資源管理：管理專案所需的人力、物力和財力資源，確保資源的合理分配和有效利用。並監控專案的費用和預算，控制成本，確保專案在預算範圍內完成。
5.溝通協調 : 與專案利害關係人及專案成員保持順暢之溝通，促進團隊合作和溝通。
