    • Oversee collection strategy for high-risk accounts, large balances, delayed payments, disputes, and escalations requiring senior-level intervention.
    • Monitor portfolio trends, payment behavior, disputes, and forecast risk to proactively identify and mitigate collection challenges.
    • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Billing, and Project Finance teams to resolve issues impacting customer payment and cash realization.

    • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume finance operations environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess aging, exposure, payment trends, and collection risk.
    • Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to partner across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Billing, and customer-facing teams.
    • Sound business judgment to balance cash recovery, customer relationships, operational needs, and risk management.
    • Strong organizational, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel-based reporting, portfolio management, and forecasting tools.
