WinnMed is seeking a Nutrition Services Supervisor to join our team! In this leadership role, you will oversee food service staff during daily Nutrition Services operations, ensuring high-quality service and a positive dining experience for patients, visitors, and employees. The Nutrition Services Supervisor coordinates meal service, supports efficient department operations, and manages all internal and external catering functions, including food preparation, presentation, and service. This position plays a key role in maintaining exceptional customer service, food quality, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Schedule:
- Standard shift will be 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with weekend and holiday rotation
- Must be willing to flex shift hours occasionally due to needs of the department
- 1st Shift: 5:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Must have OR obtain and maintain ServSafe certification within 12 months of being hired into the position.
- Completion of courses in food service management, modified diets, and quantity cooking preferred OR willingness to obtain such courses with 12 months of being hired into the position.
- Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding and Microsoft Word required.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Previous food service or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be flexible and adaptive to a changing environment with the ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English.
