We're seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Business Analyst to help drive the success and compliance of our pharmacy programs. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the 340B Program, conduct audits, collaborate with external vendors, and provide valuable financial and operational insights that support both Pharmacy and Finance teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily 340B program activities.
- Ensure compliance with HRSA and Office of Pharmacy Affairs regulations.
- Serve as the primary auditor for the 340B program and pharmacy rebate programs.
- Partner with external 340B vendors to support program success.
- Analyze financial and operational pharmacy data.
- Support Pharmacy and Finance leadership with reporting and business analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, compliance, and financial performance.
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or
- Three years of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician with demonstrated analytical and auditing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and achieve results in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
