WinnMed is seeking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our hospital Med/Surg Team!
Med/Surg RNs are responsible for providing patient care to a variety of hospital patients including infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- RNs coordinate care in collaboration with the patient, family, nurses, peers, physicians, and allied health care providers.
- This position includes rotating shifts/ schedules - Primarily overnights,12-hour shifts (7:00a-7:00p/ 7:00p-7:00a), Every 3rd Weekend, and Rotating Holidays.
- .6 FTE (48 hours per 2-week pay period).
Shift Premiums:
- + $2.00/hour Weekend Premium
- + $3.00/hour Evening Premium
- + $4.00/hour Overnight Premium
- Must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player
- Current license to practice as an RN in the state of Iowa
- American Heart Association BLS required
- American Heart Association ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
