In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic market oversight with hands-on coaching and in-branch leadership support to drive business results through people.
The Regional Manager partners closely with Branch Leadership to elevate employee performance, accelerate sales growth and member acquisition, and ensure consistent delivery of a top-tier member experience across assigned branches. This role bridges retail strategy with frontline behaviors through coaching, development, and influence, while also sharing responsibility for policy creation to support operational consistency across the organization.
Serve in a hybrid capacity, balancing strategic oversight with frequent in-branch presence to coach, mentor, and support Branch Managers and leadership teams.
Actively coach leaders on service delivery, sales conversations, leadership behaviors, and employee engagement.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with branch leaders and team members.
Act as a culture agent by reinforcing the Credit Union’s mission, vision, and values while modeling servant leadership, accountability, and professionalism.
Partner with Branch Leadership to strengthen leadership capability, sales confidence, service behaviors, and performance accountability.
Reinforce effective sales disciplines, coaching routines, and performance management practices that support sustainable growth.
Provide senior-level guidance to Branch Managers related to operations, sales performance, member experience, and team engagement.
Monitor branch performance metrics and trends, providing insights, coaching, and corrective action plans as needed.
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to developing assigned branches within strategic directives established by Executive Management.
Drive member growth, increased product adoption, and sales performance by translating organizational goals into clear, actionable branch-level behaviors and routines.
Support the successful implementation of new products, services, and organizational initiatives.
Partner with Marketing to support community engagement, outreach, and market development efforts within the assigned region.
Collaborate with Market AVPs and the VP to create, review, and update operational policies that promote consistency, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures across assigned branches.
Ensure assigned branches are adequately staffed, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, and supported by well-trained, capable team members.
Comply with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Member Due Diligence policies. Required BSA training must be completed within 90 days of employment and annually thereafter.
Complete all required compliance, leadership, and career development training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
