This exciting role and opportunity exist at TFI's goat processing facility located in Bourke, NSW alongside the Darling River.  Where you'll work with a diverse team who align with our values & are passionate and empowered to perform at pace & achieve big things. The position of Training Officer is primarily responsible for providing management and leadership in the areas of:-

·       Staff selection and induction

·       Staff training

·       Workplace assessment of staff skills and competencies

·       Job analysis design and evaluation

§ Training & Development Strategy – development, implementation, review, evaluation & continuous improvement

§ Stakeholder Networking & Connections - develops & maintains close working relationships with internal stakeholders

§ Effective Coordination &/or Delivery of Training - plans & schedules training in consultation with Plant management, employees and all parties involved.

§ Maintains accurate & detailed training & attendance records; captures training data and information in relevant IT systems

§ Measure & Evaluation of Effectiveness of Training - Monitors & keeps under review training issues & trends; provides accurate & timely reports.

§ Continuous Improvement of Training - Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable training programs and initiatives, traineeships and apprenticeships; recommends improvements to training strategy; ensures improvements are implemented II Meat Processing.
