About the opportunity
We are currently looking for eager, energetic and dedicated person to work in our Gate House in the position of Gate House Attendant.
PURPOSE
The role is responsible for ensuring all entries into and exits from TFI Bourke are correctly documented to ensure TFI procedures, Work Health and Safety and Quality procedures are being met. The position forges connections with a multitude of customers both internal and external as the first point of contact for TFI.
The position reports to the Plant Manager and works in close collaboration with Plant Managers, Production Supervisors, HR
§ Keeps accurate records and movements
§ Prepares and scans documentation as directed maintaining accurate file names
§ Answers phone calls from employees and completes appropriate documentation as required.
§ Ensures the Gatehouse office & surrounds are kept in a clean and tidy manner at all times, cleaning of the office inside & outside.
§ Liaises with HR & WHS Dept to assist in facilitating visitors and employee enquires and experiences.§
§ Monitor all site alarms and security for the site
