Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to crew members.
•    Communicate job expectations, work plans, and safety requirements clearly and consistently.
•    Support and guide crew members to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
•    Monitor job site activities and address issues or questions as they arise.
•    Lead by example with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
•    Coordinate with supervisors and other crews as needed.

Qualifications:

•    Previous management or leadership experience.
•    Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
•    Ability to lead a team and support a positive work environment.
•    Ability to work a flexible schedule that may vary.
•    Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
•    Willingness to travel, with home time on weekends.
•    Physically able to sit, stand, and perform outdoor construction work.

Requirements:
•    Safety
•    CDL preferred
•    Fed/med Card
•    5 years of experience in gas industry
•    Ability to manage project
