The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Manage CRM data quality, pipeline visibility, and opportunity tracking.
- Coordinate proposals, bid calendars, and customer prequalification requirements.
- Prepare weekly dashboards, KPI reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Support strategic account planning and executive reviews.
- Coordinate weekly sales meetings and follow-up action items.
- Track cross-selling opportunities across business unit
- Manage incoming sales team calls and direct leads to appropriate team members
- Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and customer events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
3–7 years in sales operations, business development support, construction, or infrastructure.
Strong Microsoft Office and CRM platform experience.
