Your future, your role
As an IFS Functional Consultant, you’ll be:
- Lead functional design workshops with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into IFS solutions
- Collaborate with relevant technical teams, business users and third-parties, such as the platform provider and system implementation partner, to deliver integrated solutions that support E2E process effectiveness
- Provide functional expertise to support decision-making and best practice adoption across all IFS modules
- Deliver ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional issues
- Ensure system design and configuration comply with organisational standards and controls
You will need:
Experience:
- Proven experience as an IFS Functional Consultant (ideally across multiple implementations or upgrades)
- Strong knowledge of key IFS modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, or Projects)
- Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and support activities
- Exposure to IFS Cloud or experience with version upgrades
- Knowledge of ERP integration with other business systems
- ERP-related qualifications or IFS certifications
- Knowledge of dental or healthcare industry, along with experience working in multi-site organisations, would be beneficial
Skills:
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively·
- Ability to map business processes to ERP functionality and propose fit-for-purpose solutions·
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
