You’ll be joining us as a Designate Practice Manager covering an area of Hampshire including Southsea, Havant, Alsford, Bedhampton and Fareham.

• Salary up to £35,000

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions

What we look for

• Strong people managers from any sector including retail or Hospitality

• Good commercial understanding with the ability to spot potential opportunities

• Ability to develop a team

• Previous experience managing budgets and hitting KPI's and Targets
