You’ll be joining us at our Abercromby practice in central Liverpool, L7 7HG. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face-to-face whilst visiting the practice and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on-site in our practice, so working from home is not possible.

As a Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our patients always receive the best quality patient experience. Through optimising diary appointments, you book you will be supporting the efficient and effective running of the practice.
