You’ll be joining us as a Designate Manager covering a number of site in the Barking Road Practice, Longbridge Road Barking, Old Kent Road and Sydenham.

Working hours are full time- 37 hours per week

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions

Skills and Experience

• Strong people management skills and able to develop a team

• Good commercial acumen with experience hitting targets, KPI's and budgets

• Previous Managerial experience within a Retail, Leisure or Hospitality sector business.
