Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist

You'll be joining our friendly team at our Newcastle-under-Lyme practice, located at 100-102 Liverpool Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 2AX. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting patients to understand the private options available, and facilitating their patient journey.

The working pattern for this role will be full time, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. This is a standalone Treatment Coordinator position. Ideally, applicants will be a qualified Dental Nurse and/or have a background in sales. This is a practice-based position, with occasional attendance at events; please note that home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing

• Attracting and managing enquiries through digital marketing, social media and events
• Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance
• Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
• Promoting private dental options and converting enquiries into sales
• Working towards targets and KPIs to achieve commercial results
• Working closely with clinicians to grow private patient numbers

About you

• Able to initiate conversations with prospective patients
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
• Confident using social media platforms
• Great at building relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
• Possesses initiative and can prioritise their own workload
• Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
