Please Note, these roles are expressions of interest only at this point. We are currently working on a number of exciting opportunities within this area and are looking to build a pipeline of talent to allow us to work quickly upon contract award. This role will deliver across one or more programmes that make up the NHS Healthier You service. These programmes include the Diabetes Prevention Programme (DPP), Type 2 Diabetes Pathway to Remission Programme (T2DR), Behavioural Support for Obesity Prescribing Programme (BSOP) and Long-Term Conditions Prevention Pilot (LTCP).
As a Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coach, you will be responsible for the engagement and delivery of sessions in both group and/or one-to-one settings with participants.
Sessions are delivered face-to-face across the Central East Region, therefore flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential. Applicants must also have access to their own vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence.
Expected availability for programme delivery is between 12 and 20 hours per week. In return, you will receive £50 per 90 Minute session.
