POSITION DESCRIPTION A & M is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our team providing leadership and management of proposal, qualification, and pursuit activities for A&M Engineering. This position oversees the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract award and serves as a key contributor to the company's strategic growth initiatives. The Proposal Manager collaborates with executive leadership, business development personnel, operations managers, project managers, technical staff, and teaming partners to develop winning strategies, coordinate proposal efforts, and ensure the submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals.
This position also oversees proposal personnel, proposal systems, and knowledge management resources that support the company's federal, state, municipal, and commercial business development efforts.
