Job Summary:
The Industrial Solutions Representative is responsible for identifying customer needs, developing technical and commercial solutions, and growing sales within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in mechanical seals and related rotating equipment products, capable of evaluating application requirements, conducting field visits, and recommending solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and uptime.
The role requires strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, and a consultative approach to selling.
