Painter Sales Leader (Part-Time, Commission-Based)
Location: North Hollywood, CA (covering Valley + Greater LA)
Type: Part-time / Flexible Schedule
Compensation: On-site visit fee + ~10% commission per sale
Earning Potential: $400–$1,500 per closed deal
We are looking for a Sales Leader for our Painting Department — someone who understands painting and construction projects, can perform accurate on-site assessments, and knows how to close deals. This is a high-ticket sales role: most painting jobs range from $4,000 to $15,000, giving you the opportunity to earn strong commissions for just a few hours of work per project.
This is not a hands-on painting job.
We need a professional who can confidently evaluate homes, communicate with clients, and represent the company with integrity.

We do not hire active painters for this position — to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure clients stay within the company.
