Job Summary:
The retail stores are open Monday - Sunday, but the employee will have two days off each week. Responsible for assisting with the entire sales/marketing/merchandising and inventory for A New Leaf, Inc. retail stores and wholesale businesses. Possesses strong selling and merchandising skills. Requires attention to detail, catering to the customer’s preferences. Friendly, helpful and professional demeanor when making sales and upselling, as well as setting a professional example for the clients to follow.
Helps track and maintain inventory. Helps build wholesale routes with current wholesale customer base and researching new wholesale customers. Assists Sales Manager and Horticulture Manager to ensure retail centers are fully stocked with seasonal inventory, ready for special events and assist with customer requests as well as wholesale customer requests.
