Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for driving growth and success in the staffing industry? We're seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to take the helm of our Augusta, GA branch and lead our team to new heights within the commercial staffing space.
Compensation: $60k-$75k + commission
Schedule: In-office, travel locally. Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
How You’ll Do It
As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of recruiters, and achieving revenue targets through sales efforts.
