Role Overview

As a Canton Floor Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of commercial facilities. This position involves hands-on cleaning, floor care, and special project work in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, buff, and scrub floors

• Clean carpets, upholstery, and furniture

• Perform post-construction and deep cleaning services

• Complete general janitorial cleaning tasks

• Clean and seal tile and grout surfaces

• Wash interior and exterior windows

• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean and safe condition

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Dependable and punctual work ethic

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Willingness to learn (experience preferred but not required)
