Pay: $18.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations to keep everything running smoothly
- Support, train, and motivate team members
- Manage supplies and inventory (order, track, reduce waste)
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Jump in on facility cleaning when needed
- Run daily team huddles and attend weekly meetings with management
- Perform quality checks and final walkthroughs
- Ensure worksites are clean, organized, and professional
- Manage labor hours to meet budget goals
- Communicate schedule, policy, and process updates clearly
- Identify and develop future leaders on your team
- Take ownership of client satisfaction and team performance
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Experience managing staff, inventory, or labor budgets
- Stable work history and attention to detail
- Bilingual skills are a plus
