A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is hiring a Weekend Team Lead to support operations across multiple facilities in the Pittsburgh area.

5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Travel:
Local travel between multiple buildings may be required.

What You'll Do
As a Weekend Team Lead, you'll help ensure our buildings, employees, and customers receive the support they need to be successful.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting operations across multiple facilities
- Leading and assisting janitorial teams as needed
- Conducting quality inspections and ensuring standards are met
- Training and coaching team members
- Providing coverage when staffing needs arise
- Tracking labor hours and assisting with operational goals
- Placing weekly supply orders
- Communicating schedule, policy, and procedural updates
- Working closely with the Account Manager
- Identifying opportunities for additional services
- Helping maintain a positive and productive work environment
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Comfortable working in multiple locations and supporting different teams
- Reliable transportation required
- Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience is a plus, but not required
