JOB SUMMARY
Our Area Operations Manager is responsible for implementing stores business plans and programs to deliver expected results. He / She is also responsible for implementing company policies and procedures through effective planning, managing. coordinating and motivating store teams in the attainment of goals and objectives while prioritizing Watsons purpose of putting a smile on our customers faces.
JOB ROLES
• Evaluates O+O customer service standard level and be able to initiate and implement tactical strategy to improve and promote consistent and positive customer experience.
• Driving, monitoring and reviewing sales performance and recommends action plans to deliver sales budget across all store formats within the coverage area.
• Analyzing, developing and initiating measures to drive profitability through effective cost management.
• Ensuring consistency on the implementation of plans and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Responding and activating protocols for better Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans.
• Identifying creating, implementing and monitoring team performance, development and engagement.
