Assistant Manager, Beauty Brand Institute

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the design and delivery of the Beauty Brand Institute training programs to strengthen the beauty professional skills of Beauty Advisors, enabling them to efficiently deliver business results.

JOB ROLES

Designs, develops, and implements assigned training programs using standard training templates (e.g., Training Needs Analysis, Design Template, Storyboard Template) with thorough research based on industry and market trends.
Reviews and recommends offline training storyboards based on approved training designs.
Evaluates training program effectiveness using established metrics (e.g., training evaluation framework).
Monitors team compliance with all policies and regulations through seamless delivery and completion of the annual training plan.
Works closely with the BBI Creatives Team to ensure timely development of e-learning programs, toolkits, playbooks, and other required learning materials.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
