SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the IT Senior Manager, the resource has an end-to-end view of the overall SAP BO related processes/reports and responsible for project management, guarding integrity of system architecture, providing practical IT solutions to business needs, reviewing system requirements and program design specifications for all BO reports.
ROLE
•Oversee both technical and functional aspects to support and optimize core SAP BO platform
•Handles all development on reports, tables, fields, data interfaces, application extensions / universe and provide suggestions to customize reports for optimal performance in BO.
•Responsible to collect and analyze business requirements for SAP BO projects, write business docs and assist on design, development, testing and implementation of projects.
•Resolve technical/operational problems in a timely fashion by responding to customer queries and concerns promptly, identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
•Chart the data flow diagram and system architecture to clearly visualize and understand the process flow
•Implement solutions based on RCA
