SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the IT Senior Manager, the resource has strong skill on interpreting data for CRM/CDC/Watsonview/BO and responsible for project management, guarding integrity of system architecture, providing practical IT solutions to business needs, reviewing system requirement and program design specifications.
ROLE
• Oversee both technical and functional aspects of corporate apps for data analysis on Watsonview, CRM, CDC and BO for reporting
• Good analytical skill with data and KPIs and understanding on end-to-end processes of CRM/CDC/Watsonview/BO.
• Responsible for data processing, ensuring data accuracy, enhance or derive reports needed by business and proactively provide technical assistance.
• Review the results of quality assurance and evaluate results based on requirements
• Conduct discussion with users to identify the overall process and scope of deliverables and understanding data/KPIs.
• Chart the data flow diagram and system architecture, to clearly visualize and understand the process flow
• Develop / Implement UAT – automations, source data for new requests
• Implement solutions based on RCA
