JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager, Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment is directly reporting to Manager, Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment, and responsible to oversee the daily order fulfillment and replenishment operations including the Watsons O+O Business Strategy. Monitor, review, and evaluate operational performance, review, design, and develop new business solutions, and collaborate and maintain good relationship with transport and customer services.
JOB ROLES
• Oversee the daily order fulfillment and replenishment operations by providing leadership and management and ensuring efficiency and productivity to deliver quality results
• Monitor, review, and evaluate operational performance by ensuring all KPIs are delivered within SLA for order fulfillment and replenishment
• Review, design, and develop new business solutions to effectively improve order fulfillment and replenishment processes and procedures to support O+O business
• Monitor, review, and evaluate reports, trends, and other data to provide new business solutions and initiatives
• Assist in the implementation of cross functional improvement project with IT and Store Operations teams
• Collaborates and maintain good relationship with transport and customer service to meet customer requirements
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
