Project Description
The QA & Compliance Optimization Project is a 12-month strategic initiative designed to separate regulatory tasks from commercial responsibilities by introducing a dedicated QA & Compliance Coordinator.
Goals
Boost Sales Performance: Free up Brand Managers to focus on strategy and revenue generation.
Strengthen Quality Assurance: Establish a “Quality Center of Excellence” to standardize processes and ensure compliance and product safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage testing (sample prep, lab coordination, shipment tracking)
Ensure label and artwork compliance (INCI checks and back-panel verification)
Maintain audit-ready documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS)
Review and summarize test results for QA Manager
Identify and escalate quality risks
Support coordination across teams and manage QA-related logistics and payments
Scope of Work

Documentation management (PIFs, COAs, MSDS)
Test result analysis and reporting
Issue identification and escalation
Coordination with suppliers and internal teams
