Description
The Store Design Assistant Manager is responsible for the detailed drawings, elevations, perspectives and detailed implementation plans that will be used as reference material on bidding. He / She must ensure timeliness should be according to the bidding schedule.
Responsibilities
Drawings of detailed implementation plans as bid reference
1. Prepares drawings, elevations and reflected ceiling plans that will be used as reference to to bidding process.
2. Performs revisions as maybe necessary.
3. Prepares storefront perspectives.
4. Prepares architectural blueprints necessary for application of Lessor and Building permit.
5. Perform site inspection as maybe necessary.
6. Prepares architectural specifications specific to a project.
Procurement and assessment of OSM
1. Conducts sourcing of supplier on specialty work such as signage, acp, specialty mirrors and warehouse racks.
2. Quantification of OSM and ensure completeness of quantity vs shown in plans.
3. Accreditation of new OSM Suppliers, tiles, lightings and specialty contractors.
