Job Summary
Responsible for leading Operations Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives within Supply Chain. Works closely with business teams to identify operational opportunities, redesign and standardize processes, improve productivity and efficiency, and implement digital and automation solutions. Delivers sustainable improvements in operational performance, quality, service, and process effectiveness through structured problem-solving and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead identification and implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
Drive process mapping, root cause analysis, process redesign, and standardization initiatives.
Improve productivity, capacity utilization, resource effectiveness, quality, service, and cost efficiency.
Manage improvement projects from planning through implementation and closure.
Identify opportunities for automation, system enhancements, and digital tools.
Develop, review, and implement SOPs, process standards, workflows, and controls.
