SUMMARY
Our Brand Supervisor –GOBE is responsible for providing department support for GOBE in terms of promotions, analytics/reports and merchandising displays, while coordinating with a local or IB partners, in order to achieve over-all sales & margins, while attaining customer satisfaction and preference for GOBE products.
ROLE
• Preparing and on-time delivery of Trading/Brand Reports and Analysis (e.g., GOBE master list, Pricing Matrix, Monthly Thematic) with 100% accuracy
• Delivering and execution of New Product Development both local and regional, implementation of brand/category animations and campaign, and timely submission of documents and reports
• Ensuring all GOBE reports are properly documented and assists in ROS audits done by the Region or Internal Audit while maintaining 100% compliance on Company Policies and Business Process and Procedures and 98% Compliance on ROS
• Timely and accurate submission of Performance Appraisal reports, prompt attend in all trainings given by the company
• Develops brands under 1 category assigned to him/her
