The KNOW App is a “superapp” tailored for frontline teams—non-desk-based workers in industries like retail, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, and construction. It centralizes essential operations into one intuitive mobile platform.
The app will include the following features:
1. Rostering / Shift Scheduling
2. Mobile Attendance
3. Leave Management
4. Engagement Surveys
5. Group Chat
6. Checklists, Forms, Workflows
7. Digital Audits
8. Repair, Fault and Incident Management
9. Quick Task
The person will be in charge to develop and implement change management strategies and initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes. This role also involves coaching and supporting teams and individuals through the change process.
