Our RTV Associate is responsible for processing receiving of returns from stores and creation of returns to suppliers
JOB ROLES
• Receiving actual / physical stocks in accordance to return policy
• Encoding of inventory in the system
• Updating of RTV status in CRMS (Centralized Return Monitoring System)
• Releasing of stocks to suppliers
• Ensuring completeness of records and documentations
• Ensuring compliance to Retail Operating Standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
